CGX BUG HAS BEEN FIXED!
TMLG (The Mpega Library Gui)
****************************
Finally a decent GUI for playing mp3 has arrived for the Amiga!
TMLG has a lot of features to offer, that no other player for
the Amiga currently have. You simple GOT TO TRY IT!
Copyright
TMLG is copyright by draco, 1998.
Requirements
* 68030 or greater
* AHI
* wizard.library
* mpega.library
* some mp3 or mp2 songs
But if you really want to play you should have
* 68040 or greater
* AHI and a soundcard
* wizard.library
* mpega.library
* easyrexx.library
* asyncio.library
* a lot of mp3 or mp2 songs
What is it?
TMLG is an mpeg-audiostream player. It's the natural evolution of
TMG (The Mpega Gui). Well why another mpeg audio player you might ask?
Here is why:
* Brand new plugin-interface.
* Volume adjustment while playing
* Buffersize adjustable "on the fly"
* Buffer doesn't need to be 100% full before playing, set it to e.g. 12% :)
* Can start playing automatically right after startup
* Seperate decode options for Layer1-2 and Layer3
* Has a time-slider and display
* Responds to dragNdrop from WB or Opus!
* Uses AHI for playback
* Has a buffer-usage bar
* Shows info about the songs
* Has a pause-button
* Playlist can be sorted
* Songs can be renamed from within the playlist
* Has popup-help
* Supports multiple settings
* Can use a playlist
* Supports multiple playlists
* Random/sequential play
* Takes advantage of asyncio.library if found
* Priority adjustment
* It's small, even smaller than TMG
* It's fast, again, faster than TMG (due to the missing executable)
* Has a powerfull ARexx port
* Doesn't use MUI, but boopsi
* Coded as a commodity
* Has configureable hotkeys (on the fly!)
* Responds to tooltypes
*
And if this isn't enough, it's possible that you are impossible to satisfy :)
Otherwise my e-mail is starving, waiting for suggestions/comments from you!
